Dear Sir/Madame:
I recently conducted an inspection for The Learning Center at 1250 Ellington Road in the
Town of South Windsor. I conducted the re-licensure inspection on 4/26/2016 and the
facility passed. I am enclosing a copy of the inspection form and recommending the
facility be re-licensed for the following bolded items:
1. Under 3 Years
2. Preschool
3. School Age
