Dear Ms. Kamer,
This department received final plans and spec sheets for a remodel at the above
mentioned establishment on March 18, 2016. This plan has been approved. Please be
advised that both the hand wash sinks on the plan should have splash guards installed due
to their close proximity to food preparation areas. Also,both the two and three bay sinks
should be indirectly connected at the drain lines.
