Re: Renewal inspection for Our Savior Lutheran Child Care
Dear Sir/Madame:
I recently conducted an inspection for Our Savior Lutheran Child Care at 239 Graham
Road in the Town of South Windsor. The facilities current license will expire on
2/16/18. 1 conducted the re-licensure inspection on 2/16/2016 and the facility passed.
am enclosing a copy of the inspection form and recommending the facility be re-
licensed for the following bolded items:

Preschool
School Age
Additional Items: Room 4 floor tiles near door need replacing due to crackling and
bubbling; Baby Room rubber transition strip between carpet and floor tile (near door)
missing, has exposing edges, duct taping for temporary repair.
