2013 meeting approved your request for a Special Exception to Section 4,1.1A for a used
car dealer's license for Unit 12,on property located at 1257 John Fitch Boulevard,I zone.
This approval is subject to the following modifications:
1. The building street number must be included on the final plan,
2. Pavement markings must be maintained in good condition throughout the.site drives
and parking areas.
3. All free standing signs and/or building signs require the issuance of a sign permit
before they are erected.
The attached Special Exception form must be completed and filed in the Town Clerk's
office. The special exception will take effect upon filing.

My name is Paul Scott,and I am the managing member of East Coast Swappers,LLC dba ECS
Performance. I am seeking the ZBXs approval for the use of units 12-14 located at 1257 John Fitch
Blvd.South Windsor,CT for a used car dealer's license.
If you are currently not aware,this use was previously granted by the Planning and Zoning Commission
for Musante Enterprises, LLC dba Musante Motorsports during a meeting held on January 81', 2013. For
your reference I have attached a copy of the Approval letter,(Appl. 12-49,Mustane Enterprises,LLC dba
Mustante Motorsports.)
i would like to express to the Commission,that I and ECS Performance would hope to be granted use to
occupy the space exactly as Musante did,as we intend to make no changes to the site and have a.
uniquely similar business model. I am simply asking for an approval to conduct business exactly as
Musante did previously,
i would greatly appreciate your consideration in the matter and look forward to addressing any
