There are no regulated wetlands on the property. he only regulated watercourse area is a small manmade pond that is „d by a small culvert from the next property to the north. There is no re !ulated wetland or watercourse outflow associated with this pond. No flagging was used to field delineate the limits < I'this pond, but I feel the high water limit has been accurately field surv( ,yed by your firm and i plotted on your mapping.
