Westerly side John Fitch Blvd.
We are pleased to advise that the Planning and Zoning Commission
voted on December 12, 1989 to approve the above-referenced
application for a site plan of development in accordance with
Drawings #1 through #8 dated 8/20/87 (last revised.8/31/89)
prepared by Palmberg s Russo, and with the following modifications:
1. Prior to commencement of any site work, a meeting must be
held with Town Staff.
2. No building permits will be issued until the final mylars
have been filed' in the Town Clerk's.Office.
3. This application is subject to the conditions of approval
of the Inland Wetlande,.Agency/Conservation commission,
including a..bond in the amount of $i0,000.'
4. An as-built plan is required grior to issuance of a
Certificate of Occupancy per Section 4.13.10 of the Zoning
Regulations.

5. Footing drains are required if the building has a b4sement.
6. All plans-used in the field by the developer must bear the
stamp and authorized signature of the Town of South
Windsor.
7. Building coverage needs to be shown on`the zoning table.

. 8. Gravel drive to Strong Road should be eliminated from
Plans.
Black and white transparent mylars o£ Sheet#2 with the above
modifications, together with four blueprint copies of the entire
set of plane, must be submitted to this commission within 30 days
to be stamped and signed. "The letters of approval of this
Commission, as well as the Inland Wetlands Agency/Conservation
Commission, must ke reproduced on the mylars.
After the mylars have been signed by the Commission, they will be,
returned to you for filing,in,the Office of the Town-Clerk within
90 days. After filing these plans, a copy of the receipt,must be
submitted to the Planning Department.
