January 19, 1988 meeting to approve the above-referenced application for
three lots plus two parcels of property, based on drawings 1 through 5 of
5 prepared by Lucek Engineering Associates; Inc . , all revised October 26 ,
1987, Project No. 87-55 , subject to the %following modifications :
1. Any Deeds for open space and roadways ; and Easements for
conservation purposes, drainage or utilities , that may be required in
connection with the approval of this subdivision , must be submitted to
this Commission prior to filing the mylars and issuance of building IV
Permits. All deeds must be in accordance with the policy for
accepting deeds and easements and must be approved by the Engineering
Department and Town Attorney , The deeds for the roadways and open
