Re: Application 7462 - 3 lot subdivision
At the May 18, 1987 meeting, the South :�indsor Inland Wetlands
Agency/Conservation Commission approved with conditions Application
n462, a 3 lot subdivision located on the :forth side of Strong Road,
to construction one home on Lot 42, as shown on plans prepared b%
Lucek Engineering, dated 12/22/86, consisting of 2 pages. The
following conditions must be adhered to for this permit to be valii:
1. Plans must be modified changing item =3 under the
Conservation Plan Narrative to lead "will be accomplished
within 30 days".
2• A blueprint copy of the approved :nap with modifications
requested above must be submitted to the Inland Wetlands
Agency/Conservation Commission prior to the commencement of
any site work,
3. Construction activities shall 5e subject to the approval of
the Town Engineer.
4. The application shall indemnifl.* and hold harmless the Town
of South Windsor against any liability which might result
from the proposed operation or use.
5. The permit is valid for one year and shall expire on
May 18, 1988.
