Effective immediately we hereby amend Irrevocable Standby Letter of Credit No.
SB20004836 as follows:
1. The amount of Letter of Credit is hereby reduced to $ 3,000.00.
All other terms and conditions of Letter of Credit to remain the same.
The Beneficiary hereof must show acceptance of this Amendment by signing the
enclosed copy of the same and returning such signed copy in the enclosed, pre-
addressed, postage-paid envelope.
