RE: Appl.I 1-03P, Medical Office Building Landscaping Bond,Town Hall Landscaping
Bond and IWA/CC Bond
This is to advise you that the Planning and Zoning Commission voted on June 25, 2013
to reduce or/and release the above mentioned bonds as follows: Landscaping Bond in the
amount of$5,000 reduced by $5,000 to leave a balance of-0-; Town Hall Landscaping
Bond in the amount of $5,000 reduced by $2,000 to leave a balance of $3,000; and
IWA/CC Bond in the amount of$2,000 reduced by$2,000 to leave a balance of-0-.
Please forward an amendment to the Letter of Credit we are currently holding for the
Town Hall Landscaping Bond at your earliest convenience. If you have any further
