Re: Appl. #1.1-03P, Hartford Hospital Office Bonds
This is to advise you that the Planning and Zoning Commission voted on January 8, 2013 to reduce the
$25,000 Trail Bond by$23,000 leaving a balance of$2,000 to remain for one year to ensure the integrity
of trail structures through the winter. The Commission also voted to reduce the $5,000 E&S Bond by
$5,000 leaving a balance of -0- and to reduce the $5,000 Stormwater Bond by $5,000 leaving a balance
of-0-.
Please forward an amendment to the Letter of Credit we are currently holding at your earliest
