I am not able to get an assessed "value"on the trees today for you this evening—need to get a third party
consulting arborist here. Can it simply be stated that an equitable landscape plan must be submitted by the
developer for town review and approval once that value is determined? I would include the following as well:We
legally have to post the trees for 10 days prior to removal to give folks a chance to disagree, and if anyone does
object we have to hold a public hearing at a suitable time and with reasonable notice to the public. As I
understand it, the Tree Warden then has 3 days to render a decision which could be appealed within 10 days by
the person objecting sending it to the superior court all of which in turn could delay timing of the project. Hope
this will suffice for now? Please confirm receipt. Thanks!

This application will be going forward this evening to the PZC—if you want anything in the record I will need it
today.
