Hi Ray,
I am not sure who gave that impression—I certainly am not aware that anyone has conveyed that message to the
developer.
When we left our in-house review staff meeting, my understanding was that your department would get me
something in writing to pass on to the developer. Also, contained within that correspondence was going to be
information on the process for removal of town trees.
It is important that I have something in writing for the record ASAP.
