I would like to use the Synchro data to run a traffic simulation to make some observations before I
review operations in the field.
Would you please provide the following:
Synchro electronic files for the background and combined am and pm peaks of the entire study area as
defined in your study with the addition of the two site drives serving the adjoining site located on Route
30 and the proposed site drive on Sullivan Avenue.
You probably do not have count data for the two site drives on Route 30, but I'm sure you can count
these both at the same time to save some time and expense, or make some considered assumptions
on site-generated volumes and distributions.
