get you new copies for distribution.
It looks like the tree is several feet away from our roadway work; it is in an area where
the pavement width will be tapering. I need to confirm this however.

Hi,
I will hold up distributing the traffic study that was submitted with the initial
application.
Any chance we will have copies of the new study to distribute to the PZC this evening? We
try to get out traffic studies a couple weeks in advance of their meeting. Please advise.
Also, we have our monthly staff meeting today regarding pending applications and this
application will be discussed. The Parks and Recreation Department will be reviewing the
impact the proposed left turn lane will have on town property (it has been determined from
previous survey maps that the evergreen to be removed is on town
property) and I will forward any comments after that meeting. J
