changes to the discharge location of the proposed sanitary sewer lateral. An easement agreement
between the properties will be developed and provided to the town for approval.
19. WPCA review and approval of this site plan is required. Show the developed area so any necessary
commercial connection charge can be calculated.
An application and site plans will be submitted for review of the proposed development to the Water
Pollution Control Authority.
All final mylars will be signed and sealed by the engineer, land surveyor and the landscape architect prior
to filing with the town.
A revised set of plans is enclosed for your review and comment which reflect the aforementioned
