Dear Mr. Doolittle,
This letter is response to your review comments of the above-referenced project in your letter to
Michele Lipe, Town Planner dated 2/8/1 I. 1 have included your comment in italics and the response in
normal font.
1. Sheets EX-I and Ex-2 need to be signed and sealed by a Connecticut Licensed Surveyor.
The revised plans accompanying this letter include sheets Ex-land Ex-2 signed and sealed by a
Connecticut Licensed Surveyor.
2. Show the two existing cherry trees near the proposed driveway on sheets DP-1, EX-1, GU-1 and others
as needed. These two existing cherry trees along Sullivan Avenue (and possibly others) will have to be
removed and placed.
The demolition plan shows the removal of existing trees in the areas of proposed development. The
proposed Kwanzan Cherry trees shown on the Landscaping Plan, Sheet LL-I along the frontage on
Sullivan Avenue and Community Road are proposed to replace trees removed and to supplement the
remaining trees in the area.
3. A plan needs to be prepared and signed and sealed by a CT Licensed Surveyor showing the property
transfers and changes in property lines between this property and that at 1744 Ellington Road. This
plan needs to be included in this set and filed on the Town land records. This information can be added
to SX I or a new sheet developed.
