This proposal addresses our proposed services to review the traffic engineering aspects of the
proposed medical building consisting of 15,000 square feet of building area with proposed
acxesslegress on both Sullivan Avenue and Ellington Road.
We plan to review the traffic study and site plan,and to address town staff concerns warding
traffic operations and safety, by providing the following services:
1. Visit the project site to visually observe existing conditions.
2. Evaluate applicant's traffic study and site layout plan.
3. 'Request additional analyses by the applicant's traffic engineer if deemed necessary to
support applicants proposal and/or conclusions.
4. Consider any Town staff concerns.
5. Prepare a written summary of our findings and recommendations.
6. Attend one(1)meeting with Town staff and/or the applicants traffic engineer, if necessary.
7. Attend one(1)evening meeting of the Town Planning and Zoning Commission to present our
findings, if necessary.
Our work effort defined above will be completed for the not-to-exceed fee of$2,000.00 depending
on the number of hours involved,to be invoiced at the rate of$100.00 per hour.
