In regards to Jeffs comment about the added storm culvert,we removed the pipe.
FedEx wishes to build only 100 parking stalls at the southwest parking lot.The remaining 98 stalls in this area are
designated as'deferred'.After counting all the stalls on the site,we determined that 5 additional'deferred'parking
stalls are necessary.These five stalls are shown to the north of the'Phase 2'building.
