The following is a brief summary of points discussed during the meeting:
Erosion and Sedimentation Control
1. All erosion and sedimentation control measures are to be in place prior to earth erosion and sedimentation control measures are to be in place prior to earth movie operations in
each area and maintained/cleaned out area and maintained/cleaned out duringconstruction. Call Jeffrey Folger, Senior Environmental
Planner for inspection when measures are in place, prior to commencement of site work or if any
problems/concerns arise during construction at 860-644-2511 Ext. 229.
2. All topsoil stockpile areas to be protected(ringed with haybales or equal).
3. During construction a crushed stone tracking pad may need to be installed and maintained to minimize
tracking of dirt/gravel on to Kennedy Road. Calcium chloride or water is to be used for dust control as
required.
