RE: App 11-05P fed Ex Kennedy Rd Improvements Bond
The required improvements.to Kennedy Road associated with the Fed Ex Site Plan for
40 Kennedy Road have been completed. The Engineering Division recommends the
bond for this work of$21,000 be reduced to$0 and released.
