This is to advise you that the Planning and Zoning Commission voted on December 11, 2012 to reduce
and release the above mentioned bonds as follows:
Appl.11-05P,FedEx—$20,000 E& S Bond reduced by$15,000 leaving a balance of$5,000.
Appl.l 1-05P, FedEx- $25,000 Wetlands Bond reduced by$20,000 leaving a balance of$5,000.
Appl. 11-05P,FedEx -$25,000 Stormwater Structures Bond reduced by$25,000 leaving a balance of-0-.
