22.During construction of individual sanitary sewer house laterals,the contractor shall prepare an as built
sketch on standard form provided by the Engineering Department. Sanitary lateral locations should be
tied down to existing structures and shown on the progress as built. This form should be submitted to
the design engineer/surveyor for their use in preparing the as-built plan. The Engineering Department
suggests that the contractor also show locations of foundation drains and water laterals on this form.
23.The oil/water separator must be discharged to a grit separator and a permit for this must be obtained
from CT DEP
Planning Department
1. Landscaping is to be installed in accordance with the approved landscaping plan. If there are
changes required,contact the Planning Dept. Additional landscaping installed on one part of a site
will not preclude planting all of the remaining items shown on the landscaping plan.
2. All bonds required;mylar to go on file prior to issuance of building permit.
3. Sign permits are required for all temporary and permanent signs.
4. The applicant shall record on the land records an agreement that remaining access rights along
Sullivan Avenue will be dedicated to the Town prior to issuance of the C.O.
SNET/NU
1. Contact utilities for coordination of utilities connection.
2. All marked up utilities should be sent to McShane Construction
Fire Marshal(Commercial Facilities)

c. Exiting plans with travel distances
• d. Wall types '
e. Door schedule
f. Mechanical,Electrical,reflected ceiling
g. Fire alarm
h. Basic sprinkler layout
