11. All free standing signs and/or building signs require the issuance of a sign permit before they are erected.
12. If a State Traffic Commission certificate is required, no building permits will be issued until the certificate
has been issued(per CGS §14-311).
13. The view shed from the facility to Troy Road must be reviewed prior to a Certificate of Occupancy being
issued to determine if additional landscaping is warranted to screen residential properties along Troy Road.
14. Engineering comments dates 2/7/11 must be addressed to the Town Engineer's satisfaction.
15. In accordance with the provisions of Section 5.5.4E,the applicant shall record on the land records an
agreement that remaining access rights along Sullivan Ave. Road will be dedicated to the Town.
16. This approval is for five years and will expire on 2/8/2016. The applicant must request a 5 year extension at
that time.
17. A Street light must be added to the Kennedy Road intersection if not currently present.
Black and white transparent mylars of Sheet#2-7 with the above modifications, together with three blueprint
copies of the entire set of plans (including architectural elevations and landscaping plans) must be submitted to
this Commission within 30 days to be stamped and signed. The letters of approval of this Commission as well
as the Inland Wetlands Agency/Conservation Commission must be reproduced on the mylars.
After the mylars have been signed by the Commission,they will be returned to you for filing in the Office of the
Town Clerk. After filing these plans, a copy of the receipt must be submitted to the Planning Department.
