The computer-generated worksheets for the Sullivan Avenue at Kennedy Road
intersection operational analyses related to the foregoing roadway geometric
improvements and signalization improvements are included as Exhibits 19, 20,
22 and 23 of the Appendix as follows:

Traffic Crash Experience
A review was made of the most recent available three-year accident experience
summary for the subject study area as compiled by the Connecticut Department
of Transportation for the three-year period which included 2006 through 2008.
Please refer to Table 7 on the next page which summarizes the traffic crash data
contained in Exhibit 24 of the Appendix for the subject study area and
experience period.
A review of Table 7 shows that all locations within the defined study area, with
the exception of Route 5 at Route 194, have experienced favorable accident
experiences, with no recurring problems requiring correction, or that may be
exacerbated by the proposed development.
The proposed site drive intersection of Sullivan Avenue at Kennedy Road
showed only 3 accidents during this 3-year period.
