Re: Application 11-IOP, Jehovah's Witnesses 640 Burnham St
Dear Ms. Lipe:
Attached are revised plans for the subject project. The plans have been revised to reflect the comments
received from the office of the Town Engineer. Also, after further consideration of the scope of the
project, the owner has elected to cut back the scope by eliminating the proposed parking lot. The
revised scope, therefore, will be limited to retaining the geothermal field, the solar field, and the car port
and by-pass lane that are proposed on the easterly side of the building.
The following will address the comments provided in the Memorandum dated 5/26/11 from Jeffrey
Doolittle to you:
1. This comment is no longer applicable as the proposed driveway and parking lot have been
eliminated.

9. The layout of the geothermal field and trenches has been included on the detail sheet.
10. Curb details have been eliminated.
11. The layout of the solar array as shown on the cross section sheet is correct. The contour lines on the
plan sheet have been revised to more accurately reflect the proposed grades.
12. The ground area around the solar array will be stabilized with grass.
13. The slope of the western side of the solar array has been extended so that the fence sits on top of the
slope.
