Planning Dept review comments:
1. A zoning data block with bulk requirements should be shown on the plans.
2. A cut sheet of the canopy should be provided.
3. A cut sheet of the lighting proposed as well as an isometric diagram showing the
light distribution is required.
4. It appears that a 12" maple tree will be removed with the expansion of the drive.
Is there any new landscaping proposed in that area or any where else on the
site? Any proposed landscaping should be shown the plans.
Engineering comments will be sent separately from the Jeffrey Doolittle, Town
Engineer
