On behalf of CT Studios,LLC,Vanasse Hangen Brustlin,Inc.(VHB)is enclosing the
following information as requested for the CT Studios Change Order Plan Set for the above
referenced project.
• Three(3)wet stamped sets of Change Order Plan Set including Landscape Plans L-1 through
L-3 with a revised date of 9/19/12,and a new plan P-1,Permit Approvals,containing all
relevant approval letters.
• One mylar of Sheet P-1 was previously submitted.
The Landscape Plans were modified to address the condition set from the original P&Z
