Building 1's roof and parking areas,and a remote parking lot.Runoff will be
treated in Biofiltration Basin 2 with overflow the Stormtech Infiltration Chamber
system. Emergency overflow is to Design Point 1.
> Drainage Area PR1D-This 5.9±-acre area will remain wooded and continue to
discharge to Design Point 1.
> Drainage Area PR1E-This 2.2±-acre area will contain runoff from Studio
Building 2's roof and parking areas.. Runoff will be treated in Biofiltration Basin
1 with overflow the Stormtech Infiltration Chamber system. Emergency
overflow is to Design Point 1.
> Drainage Area PR1F-This 4.7±-acre area is from abutting properties along
Chapel Road that enters the studio property,and portions of the perimeter
roadway around the Studio site. Runoff is comprised of building rooftop and
parking areas.Runoff from this area will be directed to a grassed swale,then into
a sediment forebay for treatment,and finally into Infiltration Basin 1. An
emergency overflow allows for drainage to the Stormtech Infiltration Chamber
system,which has a second emergency overflow to Design Point 1.
> Drainage Area PRIG-This 3.3±-acre area is from abutting properties along
Chapel Road that enters the studio property,landscaped area,and Infiltration
Basin 1. Runoff from this area will be directed to Infiltration Basin 1. An
emergency overflow allows for drainage to the Stormtech Infiltration Chamber
system,which has a second emergency overflow to Design Point 1.
' > Drainage Area PRIH-This 1.4±acre area will contain runoff from Studio
Building 3's roof and parking areas.Runoff will be treated in Biofiltration Basin 3
with overflow the Stormtech Infiltration Chamber system. Emergency overflow
is to Design Point 1.
> Drainage Area PRII-This 3.4±-acre area is unchanged from existing conditions
and infiltrates before overflowing to Design Point 1.
> Drainage Area PR11-This 2.0±acre area consists of parking and a portion of the
perimeter roadway. All runoff from this drainage area drains onto porous
pavement where it is infiltrated into the ground water. Should the porous
pavement back up (much greater than the 100-year storm),the system will
overflow into Infiltration Basin 2 prior to reaching Design Point 1.
> Drainage Area PR1K-This 0.8±acre area consists of landscaped area and
Infiltration Basin 2. All runoff from this drainage area drains to Infiltration Basin
2,which connects directly with the Stormtech Infiltration Chamber system.
Emergency overflow is to Design Point 1.
