vehicle#I struck the front of vehicle 4 Z
1 CONCLUSION: Based on my investigation at the scene,the damage to both vehicles,and the verbal statements made by both operators,
the following events occurred that resulted in the crash:Operator#1 (Wroblewski)was reversing west bound in the east
bound lane of Chapel Rd.Vehicle#2(Arildsen)was stopped behind vehicle#1 on Chapel Rd east bound.Wroblewski began
to reverse when it was not safe to do so.As Wroblewski reversed,the rear of vehicle#1 struck the front of vehicle#2.
Wroblewski's unsafe backing maneuver resulted in the collision.Wroblewski was issued Infraction#N789783-5,charging him
with Unsafe Backing CGS 14-243(b).
CLOSED:INFRACTION ISSUED.
