10.Pavement markings must be maintained in good condition throughout the site drives and parking areas.
11. All free standing signs and/or building signs require the issuance of a sign permit before they are erected.
12.No building permits will be issued until the State Traffic Commission certificate has been issued(per CGS
§14-311).
13. The Town Engineer's review comments dated March 15, 2010,must be addressed to the Town Engineer's
satisfaction.
14. Pins and monuments must be installed at all perimeter property corners and angle points as required by the
zoning regulations.
15. The perimeter chain link fencing must be black to coordinate with the ornamental perimeter fencing.
Black and white transparent mylars of Boundary Survey Sheets# 1-3 of Site plan sheet C3-C6 with the above
modifications, together with three blueprint copies of the entire set of plans (including architectural elevations
and landscaping plans) must be submitted to this Commission within 30 days to be stamped and signed. The
letters of approval of this Commission as well as the Inland Wetlands Agency/Conservation Commission must
be reproduced on the mylars.
After the mylars have been signed by the Commission,they will be returned to you for filing in the Office of the
Town Clerk. After filing these plans, a copy of the receipt must be submitted to the Planning Department.
The attached Special Exception form must be completed and filed in the Town Clerk's office. The special
exception will take effect upon filing.
