RE: Consent granted to CT Studios,LLC ("Applicant' and its Agent,Vanasse
Hangen Brustlin,Inc.'to file for Town of South Windsor land use permits as
required concerning the proposed development at property on John Fitch
Boulevard and Ellington Road, South Windsor, Connecticut.
To Whom It May Concern:
The undersigned is owner of real property located on John Fitch Boulevard and Ellington
Road, South Windsor, Connecticut,referred to as Property ID 4770R008 (R008 John
Fitch Boulevard)and 30300240(240 Ellington Road)by the Town of South Windsor
Assessor's Office.
As the owner of these properties,consent is hereby granted to the Applicant or its Agent
to carry forward and pursue various land use applications including but not limited to the
Planning and Zoning Commission and Inland Wetlands Agency—Conservation
Commission of the Town of South Windsor, Connecticut. Permission is also hereby
granted,with advance notice to us, for Town Officials and Board or Commission
Members,as required, to enter upon the Subject Property for the limited purpose of
inspecting the specific site that are the subject of the CT Studios, LLC applications.
