8. Comment: Pavement markings must be maintained in good condition throughout
the site drives and parking areas, and the crosswalk in Ident Road must be
maintained by the owner.
Response: The Owner is aware that he is responsible for maintaining the
pavement markings and the crosswalk in Ident Road.
9. Comment: All free standing signs and/or building signs require the issuance of a
sign permit before they are erected.
Response: At this time the installation of any type of signs is not anticipated.
10. Comment: Work with staff on height of landscape plantings to ensure no sight
line issues.
Response: Town staff has not indicated that they had any concerns regarding
sight lines.
11. Comment: Correct impervious coverage % in zoning data table.
Response: The drawings have been revised as noted.
12. Comment: Show buffer plantings in west boundary buffer areas.
Response: The landscape buffer has been extended along the westerly property
line as requested.
13. Comment: Town engineering comments must be satisfied.
Response: All previous engineering comments have been addressed
accordingly.
