On behalf of our Client,Connecticut Studios,LLC,Vanasse Hangen Brustlin,Inc. (VHS)
respectfully submits the following materials in support of Architectural and Design Review of
the proposed Connecticut Studios Film Product Complex located along Ellington Road
within the I-291 Gateway Zone:
1. One(1)copy of the proposed Conceptual Site Plan;
2. One(1)copy of architectural elevations of the proposed buildings(including
building floor plans);
3. One(1)copy of types,styles,and colors of building materials,exterior facades and
facing and fenestrations;
4. One(1)copy of colors,materials,and descriptions of lighting products(4
brochures);
5. Please note that Site Signage Plans have not been included in this submission. We
respectfully request deferral of this item until a later date,and would request such
approval to be contingent upon administrative staff review.
6. One(1)copy of mechanical hardware proposed on or around the building and roof;
7. One(1)copy of Landscape Plans(L-1&L-2)indicating general locations,types,
sizes,and quantities of proposed plant materials;
