Warwick,Rhode Island (hereinafter"Grantee"),with QUIT CLAIM COVENANTS:
Those certain pieces and parcels of land with buildings and improvements,if any,located � -

i described in Schedule A,attached hereto and made a part hereof and referred to as Parcels 1 and 2.

Windsor at Volume 1074,Page 241 and further conveyed to the Grantor by quit claim deed dated October I -
26,2009 and recorded or to be recorded in the land records of the Town of South Windsor.
In the event that the Grantee shall not have commenced construction of at least one(1)
building on the Property in conformance with the I-291 Gateway Zone Regulations within three
(3)years from the date of this conveyance,then the title to the Property shall automatically revert
found vest in the Grantor,and the Grantor shall be entitled to immediate possession of the ;s

The Grantee and the Grantor agree to execute and record any documents or instruments Is
evidencing the reversion of the Property as set forth in this Deed. I
