CAVEAT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the sewer commission of the Town of
South Windsor by resolution adopted on August 26, 1975 has voted to install
sanitary sewers in the following streets:
NEVERS ROAD
At the completion of the installation of said sewers,assessments of
benefits will be levied upon properties now or formerly owned by the following
persons or parties. In addition thereto,when a connection is made from said
properties to said sewer line, a connection charge will be collected. Thereafter,an
annual use charge will be collected from the users of the sanitary sewer line.

The parcels of land referred to above are indicated on a plan entitled
"Preliminary Plan Sanitary Sewerage System Expansion Program,dated August

office of the Town Engineer of said Town of South Windsor.
