NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the sewer commission of the Town of South Windsor by
resolution adopted on April 4, 1995 has voted to extend sanitary sewer lines in the following streets:
Lawrence Road
At the completion of the installation of said sewers, assessments of benefits will be levied upon
properties upon connection to said sewer line. In addition thereto,when a connection is made from
said properties to said sewer line, a connection charge will be collected. Thereafter, an annual use
charge will be collected from the users of the sanitary sewer line.
