(This letter is being sent for information purposes only-we wanted it to be clear that we did not fail to file
a Tier 2 report due to an oversight.)
Please be advised that O&W had no chemicals or materials exceeding the established thresholds for 2018,
and therefore we will not be filing a Tier 2 report this year. The one substance that we have reported over
the last several years has been liquid Argon. However,we changed gas suppliers in late 2017. The old
liquid Argon tank was removed, and we now have a smaller tank on site,which has a maximum capacity
under the established threshold for this substance.
