Northeast Utilities Service Company, on behalf of The Connecticut Light and Power Company
(CL&P), hereby submits a Tier II Hazardous Chemical Inventory Report for its Barbour Hill
Substation for Reporting Year 2011, as required by Section 312 of the Emergency Planning and
