OIL TANK REMOVAL
LETTER OF CERTIFICATION
This letter is to certify that D.R. Charles Environmental Construction removed a
1000 gallon underground oil tank at the below mentioned address. After excavation
of the tank a soil sample was taken from the tank grave to test for soil pollution.
The soil was tested by the CT D.E.P. method for ETPH (Extractable Total
Petroleum Hydrocarbons). Results of the soil sample came back below 500 ppm.,
the residential criteria for ETPH contamination. Please see attached soil analysis.
The site was then back-filled with clean fill.
