Standard Terms of Payment: All Equipment ordered will require a deposit and progressive payments
prior to scheduled delivery date.
CONTRACT AND AGREED TERMS
Contract&Bidwork: 50% Deposit is required to place order, progress payments will be made
determined and agreed upon by project size and cost. Final payment of remaining balance will be due at
the time of final delivery unless otherwise agreed upon.
HOODS: A 50% deposit is required to place order, 25% is due when the unit has been received at our
dock, and the balance of 25% will be due before the hood is scheduled for delivery. At your discretion,
you can write a separate check or provide a credit card for a small percentage discussed with your sales rep to ensure
the hood inspection test results are passing.
EOUIPMENT NEW: A 50% deposit is due upon order placement based on a quote provided by the sales
representative. The balance is due progressively as the equipment arrives from the factories to our dock.
Depending on the time frame of the project, an additional 25% - 50% is required before delivery is
scheduled.
EOUIPMENT NEW: (OVERSEAS PROJECTS) A 75% deposit with approved and signed drawings
is due PRIOR to ordering. Balance of the remaining 25%will be due PRIOR to shipping.
EQUIPMENT USED: Due to supply and demand, used equipment requires a 50% deposit to hold for up
to 14 days. Any used equipment to be held for additional time must be paid in full and we will hold
without storage fees for up to 120 days. Equipment needs to be paid in full before delivery is scheduled
or balance paid at register upon pickup.
CUSTOM ORDERS: All custom orders require payment of 100% due before order is placed. All custom
orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.
We are a full service dealership that sells the hoods-walkins-stoves-refrigerators to china and
glassware. We belong to the Food Equipment Dealer's Association (FEDA), we have a grade A+ rating
with the Better Business Bureau, and we are a proud member of the National Excell Buying Group. We
help to make your foodservice project run as efficiently as possible. We do not just sell a product- you
are also getting a service "second to none". What this means to you is when there is an issue you call us
directly and we call the factory to get your results. When purchasing a project through REP, I also
become your foodservice consultant (without the fees) it just seems to end up that way. If you have
