Dear Mr. Patel
On November 9, 2017, this department conducted an inspection of the above listed establishment owned
by you.
The following violations of Connecticut Public Health Code, Section 19-13-11329, were observed at
the time of the inspection:
Room# 107& 115 Sinks falling from wall in bathrooms.
Room#111 & 108 Sink faucet handles broken.
Room#114 Bathroom ceiling paint peeling
The above listed items shall be corrected within 21 days from the receipt of this letter. Due to the minor
nature of these issues, there will be no re-inspection conducted. You may call 860-337-6173 if you have
any questions or concerns. Thank you in advance for your cooperation in fixing these issues.
