Dear Homeowners,
On August 22, 2017, the Town of South Windsor Health Department, mailed you a letter
regarding a complaint concerning the above referenced property owned by you. The
letter requested that, "The pool must either be maintained or properly abandoned if not
being used by September 8, 2017."
It was confirmed in a visit on August 29, 2017 that this request has been satisfied by
draining the standing water out of the pool. Thank you for your prompt attention to this
matter. Please be sure that the pool is properly secured or covered until it is fully
operational or removed from your property to prevent this condition from occurring
again.
