On August 21, 2017, this department received an application proposing a change in use for the above mentioned
address. Based on the information provided and paperwork in our files this request has been approved under the
following conditions:
The change in use will not increase the daily flow of the building by more than half.
Approval is being granted under Section 19-13-13100a of the CT Public Health Code. This approval is given with the
understanding that you will provide proper care and maintenance of the existing system (the septic tank is to be
pumped every 3 years).
THE OWNER IS RESPONSIBLE TO SEEK PROPER AUTHORIZATION FROM ALL TOWN AGENCIES PRIOR TO START OF
CONSTRUCTION.

Conversion of former Weight Watchers to Office space. Space is 1,350 square feet.

Existing space was Weight Watchers, new space is going to be additional office space for an adjacent business
There are three proposed offices, and one reception desk, so no more than 4 employees will be in the space.
The clients are coming in for consultation and filling out paperwork, and will .not be staying for prolonged times.
The new use will be under 135 gallons per day, with only 4 employees and occasional clients at one time.
