Dear Diane,
I am on the Board of Directors for the Chase Orchards Home Owners Association,
and this year in charge of the Clubhouse and Pool. Last spring when we opened
the pool you informed me that we will have to provide information about the
Suction outlet cover at the bottom of the pool. I have received the attached
documentation from our Pool Maintenance provider, Aqua Pool stating that the
cover was replaced in 2013 when they resurfaced the pool and that the cover will
not need to be replaced until 2018.
Please put this information into our folder for next year's inspection. I will
also keep a copy for our meeting in the spring of 2017 when.we plan to open the
pool again for that summer.
I look forward to meeting with you again in the spring when we open our pool for
another season.

To whom it may concern:
On May 13'2013 the swimming pool located at the address above was resurfaced. On
that date new suction outlet covers were installed that are Virginia Graeme Baker
approved (VGB).
The Act states that the suction outlet covers should be replaced every five years in order
to stay compliant with commercial pool safety codes for suction entrapment. The date of
which the covers should be replaced by is 5/13/2018.
The suction outlet covers that were installed are Paramount SDX suction outlet covers.
Along with this letter, I have attached the certificate of listing and certificate of
conformity from the manufacturer Paramount Pool and Spa Systems.
