Re: 2017 Preoperational Inspection
To Whom It May Concern:
Please be advised that the Town of South Windsor Health Department has started issuing Food Service
permits to all food service establishments in town as of January 1, 2017. Before you can commence
routine operations for 2017, you must complete this application process and be inspected to receive
your permit. The Health Department also needs a copy of your most recent water testing results.
For your convenience, a second copy of the application packet has been included with this letter. Please
be aware that failure to complete this application process may result in your establishment not opening
at your desired time.
