To Whom It May Concern:
Please be advised that the Town of South Windsor Health Department has started issuing Food Service
permits to all food service establishments in town as of January 1, 2017. Before you can commence
routine operations for 2017,you must complete this application process and be inspected to receive
your permit. We have received your completed application; please be sure to call and schedule your
opening inspection prior to your planned opening date.
