I want to replace the existing 16 x 10 wood deck with a 16 x 10 with a 6 x 6 jetout for the grill compisite deck. The only stairs would be to the fenced in area behind the garage. The contractor wants to know if he can use the exisiting concrete "footing"? Also for the frony door stairs -building composite stairs and railing to match deck- same size approx 6x6. Please let me know if you have questions, and where I go from here.
