On April 2, 2012, this department received a B100a application for the proposed 18 foot round
above-ground pool to be installed on your property.
Upon review of the information provided on your application,the proposal has been approved with
the following conditions:
• A minimum of 10 feet is to be maintained between the pool and the septic system.
• In the future, if your existing septic system fails, you will be required to connect to the
Public Sewer System.
Be advised, that you must obtain all appropriate approvals from other town departments prior to
commencing work on this project.
