Giles, dated February 11, 1991. This department will approve the installation of private wells, provided all necessary separating distance requirements can be met. As an added precaution, it will be required that each well be installed .and the water supply tested for EDB as well as bacterial and chemical analysis with the results being submitted to this Department for review prior to the issuance of a building permit. If EDB is present in any supply, it will be the developers responsibility for appropriate remedial action.
